My name is Christine,
I would love to help to make your gym experience interesting and exciting as well as beneficial to your health and self esteem. I have been established since 2012 built up from working within small private gyms to large commercial gyms. I am very experienced in giving you the confidence to spend less time on no win quick fixes and fad diets, teaching you what really works with nutritional advise, body weights, resistance training and NPL mindset work.
Whatever your starting point, this is where the changes in your body composition really start to happen. How do I know this....because it happened to me.

with all the equipment we need to ensure fun,

ABOUT
Me
A few years ago when I was 48,
I really felt quite miserable as I believed I looked a state,
I was a stay at home mum to 8 kids, being fat, unfit and insecure,
and the thought of doing exercise felt like a massive chore.
I ate galaxy ripples for breakfast, and my crisps came in multipacks,
To deal with my emotions, I just ate a ton of snacks.
I really knew I had to change so I thought I’d join a gym,
cos surely if I did that I would soon be fit and slim,
But once I got inside the doors I really felt alone,
I realised I’d not the foggiest clue of how to slim down and tone,
So I invested in a trainer, this was how I learnt what I should do,
He became my coach and mentor, he taught me all he knew,
I’ve got lots of qualifications, but what they say is true,
I feel better equipped to help you, as I was once where you are too.
I know how it feels as Iv been there and done it.
Once upon a time, these were mine!
PERSONAL TRAINING

ladies over 40.
(Although everyone is welcome, to date my eldest client has been a 94 year man, and my youngest a 13 year old young lady, so if you want to try it…. Just do!!!)

SERVICES
The type of training I teach is resistance/strength training using body weight and free weights. I also focus on posture, flexibility and mobility to ensure the exercises can be done properly, and safely.
This is how a ‘toned look’ is achieved, without becoming too muscley.
