Terms & conditions: Payment must be made in advance, monthly by direct debit or bank transfer. At least 24 hours notice is required when cancelling a session. If this is not met then the session fee is forfeited. If a session is cancelled by the trainer, you will have the option of a full refund or to reschedule. No membership is required.
