I have signed up to multiple gym memberships in the last 10 years but quickly got bored and gave up. I met Christine 4 months ago via recommendation and I am pleased to say I am still a gym member and LOVE to go. Christine has amazing knowledge and has taught me so much during this time. She has enabled me to feel stronger and healthier, not only physically but mentally. She continues to teach me a variety of ways to become stronger in the gym via a variety of workouts and different types of training. She is very encouraging and celebrates my achievements. She supports me to become a better version of myself by guiding me with regards to unhealthy habits and how to avoid these and turn them into positives. Christine really is the best!

If you're looking for a personal trainer, look no further than Christine. No matter how fit or unfit you are, Christine will look after you and in no time at all, you'll train like you've never trained before. I never would have thought that I'd be able to do deadlifts or swing a kettlebell! 

Before training with Christine, I was unsure what I should be doing in the gym, now I'm never short of ideas/things to do whilst I'm there. I even find myself venturing into parts of the gym I would've never ventured before. 

She is gently encouraging and never patronising. 

My training sessions are always fun and always look forward to our sessions together. Not only does Christine train your body, she also trains your mind - it's like having a life coach too. Her positivity is awe inspiring. If you're looking for a personal trainer or are unsure of what you should be doing in the gym, look no further than Christine. I promise you that won't regret it - I can't believe how far I have come whilst training with Christine and I'm excited to see where our sessions together leads me on my fitness journey!
